Assistance with advertising, liaising with recruitment agents, filtering CVs, arranging interviews, feedback to candidates (including offer letter to successful candidate/s).
Guidance re. best practice, induction check lists, basic health & safety, contract/terms & conditions, employee handbook, policies and procedures.
Assistance with benchmarking salaries, performance-related pay and appraisal, sourcing and implementation of appropriate employee benefits
Guidance and support relating to employee issues such as absence, sickness, performance, discipline, grievance, capability. Includes advice and relevant documentation to ensure best practice and legally compliant procedures are followed.
Guidance and support to ensure the employee leaves your business correctly and in the best way for all concerned parties. Can include exit interviews. Ensure correct documentation and procedures support termination of employment, retirement or redundancy.
A retainer will allow you to contact the Helpline at any time during the working day (9.00am - 5.30pm), Monday to Thursday (5.00pm Friday). Hourly and day rates for any necessary work are discounted. No tie-in.

When you don't want a retainer service, but need occasional support, advice, one-off projects or documentation, (e.g. contracts, employee handbook).

If you are starting up your business or growing by employing staff for the first time, this package will supply you with the basic HR documentation you will require. Price on application and dependant upon your requirements. Discount available when you sign up to a Retainer Agreement.
Mileage may be added to the fees at the current HMRC rate for private vehicles.
